Introduction

By accessing or using this website, the User accepts these Terms in full.

European Union Consumers

EU consumers purchasing services online may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from its conclusion, unless they request early performance.
To exercise this right, the User must send a clear written statement to the Owner before the withdrawal period expires.
The Owner will refund payments within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

If the User requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, the Owner may retain an amount proportionate to the service already provided.

United States and Canada

Users in the USA and Canada do not have a statutory cooling-off period for services purchased online.
Refunds are only provided when explicitly stated in the applicable service description or when required under local consumer laws.

Australia

Australian consumers retain non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where applicable, the Owner will either re-perform the service or provide a refund, at its discretion, to the extent required by law.


Liability

Limitation of Liability (EU, USA, Canada, Australia)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

The Owner is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,

  • loss of business, profits or data,

Jurisdiction

Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless the User is:

  • a Consumer in the EU, in which case local consumer courts apply;

  • a Consumer in the USA, Canada or Australia, where local mandatory jurisdiction rules may apply.
